During the holidays, simmer pots become one of my favorite ways to spice up the house. They’re grounding, they’re nostalgic, and they’re such an easy way to shift the energy in your home, especially on days when life feels a little chaotic. Think of this as your go-to guide for creating scents that feel like Christmas morning, snowy evenings, and cozy gatherings.


How to Make a Simmer Pot


It’s beautifully simple:

  1. Fill a small pot about ¾ full with water.

  2. Add your ingredients.

  3. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower to the softest simmer.

  4. Let it steam and release all that goodness into your home.

  5. Refill with water as needed.

That’s it. Natural, intentional, grounding.
